To forward calls from your T41 handset

Press the Menu button

Select the second option, Features

Choose Call Forward

Choose when you want the call for be forwarded

Always Forward - permanent forward. It'll always forward the call any time the phone rings

Busy Forward - forward the call if you're on the phone already

No Answer Forward - forward after not answering the phone for a number of rings

Once chose, enable the option by using the side to side buttons

Using the down arrow to move between options, set the number and, if no answer forward was chosen, the number of rings to wait

When happy, press Save and then the X button until you return to the main home screen.
