Add Optional Printers

You may have been assigned optional printers you can install if you require them.

To install these optional printers, right click the Print Deploy icon in the bottom right and select View my printers

A dialogue box will open showing you the printers you already have installed.

To install optional printers, click Add printers on the left

From the list of given printers, click Install next to the printer you wish to add.

Once installed, the printer will appear under My printers, with the option to remove it if you wish.
