With iPads managed by the trust, we install standard applications for you which don't require an App Store login.


However, sometimes these apps need to be updated or reinstalled if you've been asked to remove them.


To do this, we need to open the Manager app on the iPad


You'll be taken to a list of applications we've set to install on your iPad


Pressing (Re)Install/Update on the app you want installing or updating will send the command to process the app install. A couple of minutes later you should see the app on your homescreen.
