At school, Students and users not logged in to YouTube can only watch videos on YouTube's restricted mode list and Oakgrove's approved videos list.
Teachers, when logged in to YouTube can watch any video and also approve videos for students to be able to watch.

Click Approve under the video
Approve Channel
You can also approve all videos from a channel by going to the channel and clicking approve on the right
